DAVE HUSPROJEKT is organised as a design & build constellation.

Our methodology is that we craft an inspired concept and measure it’s feasibility with projected market costs during each phase of the design process. Playful and practical options alike are offered for consideration before a final design is agreed upon. This process oriented approach is our added value.

Design is intention and it matters. David Goehring has won numerous international awards and design competitions. He brings this skillset to every project, regardless of scale or budget. At DAVEHUSPROJEKT we feel the greatest value is offered when a great concept can be realised with skilled craftsmanship and within a stated budget.

We were happy with the entire process, from insightful designs to the modifications made necessary by surprises emerging when remodelling an apartment in a house that’s more than a century old.
